This Side Bar Menu tree item opens three sub menu items.

  1. Send, to send Agent and Supplier messages.
  2. Voucher, to produce Vouchers for the booking
  3. Itinerary, to output an Itinerary for the booking.

 

The ‘Send’ and ‘Voucher’ menu items are replicated as buttons on the Button Bar.

 

The setting up of message templates and the technical aspects of messaging are not discussed here. This section simply describes outputting messages. The assumption is that message formats have been defined. The Messaging sub system is covered in the System Setup Training Guide.

Each of these choices offers a Message Output dialogue, but there are some differences in the dialogue.
