PCMs

This Side Bar Menu tree item opens to expose three sub menu items.

1. Insert PCM - allows a previously created PCM to be inserted into the booking.
2. Link/Unlink PCM - link or unlink the PCM from the booking.
3. PCM Services - view services specifically from PCMs that may have been copied into the booking.
