Settings available under INI Maint> Database are: (INI NAME, Per User/All, Data Type).
This setting controls any column shading in the Rates tab of the Product Database. (N)one = No shading, (A)lternate = Alternate columns, (G)roup = all Group rate columns, (F)IT = all FIT rate columns.

Services in the Product Database can be flagged as Deleted. They are not actually deleted, but the flag hides them from users in the booking/quoting screens. Unless this flag is set to Y, they are also not visible in the Product Database application.
When set to Y, product amenities will not be searched when a supplier code is specified as part of the service search criteria.
