Database

Settings available under INI Maint> Database are: (INI NAME, Per User/All, Data Type).

This setting controls any column shading in the Rates tab of the Product Database. (N)one = No shading, (A)lternate = Alternate columns, (G)roup = all Group rate columns, (F)IT = all FIT rate columns.

The default sequence in which FOC quantities will be allocated when setting up a new service in the Product Database—e.g., (E)scort, (G)uide, (D)river.

The price code to use in conjunction with Itinerary Text only services. Used in conjunction with the “Itinerary” check box in the service Product Database screen Service Details/Cost Details.

Indicates the default setting for the Tax Inclusive Tax Exclusive radio buttons in the service Product Database screen Service Details/Cost Details.

Services in the Product Database can be flagged as Deleted. They are not actually deleted, but the flag hides them from users in the booking/quoting screens. Unless this flag is set to Y, they are also not visible in the Product Database application.

When set to Y, product amenities will not be searched when a supplier code is specified as part of the service search criteria.
