Settings available under INI Maint> Internet are: (INI NAME, Per User/All, and Data Type).

ES_OPTION_NOTE_CAT (All Users, String)

The Note Category attached at option level which holds detail of Tourplan product mapping to external data product mapping.

ES_SUPPLIER_NOTE_CAT (All Users, String)

The Note Category attached at supplier level which holds detail of Tourplan supplier data mapping to external supplier data mapping.

ICOM_ADD_RQ_PKG_AS_OK (All Users, String)

The value in this setting allows iCom to override the allotment status of a package service and attempt to take allocation from the individual services in the package.

ICOM_ALLOCATION_CODE (All Users, String)

Any allocation code entered as the value in this setting overrides the allocation code attached to the iCom agent.

ICOM_AUTOMESSAGE (All Users, String)

This setting can be set to allow iCom bookings to generate auto messages. There are restrictions on what iCom users can auto message and FastBook users can auto message.

ICOM_BHD_NOTES_CATEGORY (All Users, String)

The notes category used for notes created by iCom.

ICOM_BKG_MAIL_TO (All Users, String)

The email address that messages are sent to which are generated by iCom to report booking related events.

ICOM_BSL_NOTES_CATEGORY (All Users, String)

The note category used in Booking Service Lines that iCom users can enter service booking notes into. The note category referred to in ICOM_SAVE_REM_IN_NOTES.

ICOM_CACHE_MAX_TIME (All Users, Number)

The value in this setting is used by the Tourplan.Net engine to determine the maximum number of minutes it should cache objects whose last update time can be validated against the database (such as options, suppliers and agents). Defaults to 30 minutes.

ICOM_CACHE_PAX_MAX_TIME (All Users, Number)

The value in this setting is used by the Tourplan.Net engine to determine the maximum number of minutes it should cache objects whose last update time cannot be validated against the database (such as Pax and Group data). Defaults to 30 minutes.

ICOM_CACHE_TABLE_MAX_TIME (All Users, Number)

The value in this setting is used by the Tourplan.Net engine to determine the maximum number of minutes it should cache objects whose last update time cannot be validated against the database (such as ini values and code tables). Defaults to 30 minutes.

ICOM_CACHE_VALIDATION_INTERVAL (All Users, Number)

The value in this setting is the time (in minutes) that the Tourplan.Net engine uses to determine whether it should use a cached object (whose last update time can be validated against the database) or check the database for changes and reload the object from the database if it has changed. Defaults to 5 minutes.

ICOM_CANCEL_HOURS_BUFFER (All Users, Number)

The value in this setting will be added to the Product Cancellation Hours value to provide an additional time buffer.

ICOM_CONTACT_TYPE (All Users, String)

The messaging contact type that iCom will use when sending messages.

ICOM_CURRENCY_SUBCODE (All Users, String)

The currency conversion sub-code to be used in iCom generated bookings.

ICOM_DEFAULT_AGENT_CODE (Per User, String)

When Y, the debtor code will automatically be defaulted to the agents iCom Login Name when the agent becomes iCom enabled.

ICOM_DELETABLE_STATUSES (All Users, String)

The value in this setting comprises a comma delimited list of service line statuses which allow service deletion.

ICOM_DELETE_CAN_CANCEL (All Users, String)

This setting determines whether a service can have its status set to Cancelled if a delete fails. Uses the System INI SERVICE_XX_STATUS.

ICOM_DIALOGUE_NOTE_CAT (All Users, String)

This setting, when a valid Booking Header note category is entered as the value, enables the iCom Agent Dialogue feature.

ICOM_ENABLED (All Users, String)

This setting enables or disables iCom.

ICOM_EXCHANGERATETYPE (All Users, String)

This setting determines whether exchange rates are multiplied or divided.

ICOM_IMPORT_DIRECTORY (All Users, String)

The path to the directory where iCom service requests are stored.

ICOM_INVENTORY_DAYS (All Users, Number)

The number of days (from today) inventory/allocation that iCom will cache in memory.

ICOM_MAIL_FROM (All Users, String)

The generic From: email address that will be used in email generated from iCom bookings. Must be a valid email user on the mail server named in the setting ICOM_MAIL_SERVER.

ICOM_MAIL_SERVER (All Users, String)

This setting stores the Hostname or IP of the mail server to use for emails sent by iCom.

ICOM_MESSAGE_STATUS (All Users, String)

A Service Status Code/Booking Supplier Message Code string that is used if iCom needs to send a supplier message, but auto messaging is not enabled.

ICOM_NON_ICOM_BKG_ACCESS (All Users, String)

This setting determines whether iCom is able to access non iCom generated bookings.

ICOM_NOTES_TO_USERTEXT (All Users, Number)

This setting controls where the iCom booking notes (known as "Notes" in fastConnect, and "Email" in the Connector) are stored. They are stored in one of the five user defined text fields in the booking details, and the value of ICOM_NOTES_TO_USERTEXT is an integer in the range 1 to 5 specifying which of the five fields is used. Must be set.

ICOM_NO_RATES (All Users, String)

Redundant setting.

ICOM_OUTPUT_LABELn (5 Fields) (All Users, String)

These 5 settings can be used to label the Booking documentation fields which display on the iCom webConnect web page.

ICOM_OUTPUT_MSGn (5 Fields) (All Users, String)

These 5 settings can be used to determine the message codes which are triggered by the selection of the ICOM_OUTPUT_LABELs.

ICOM_PASSWORD (All Users, String)

The password for the iCom user.

ICOM_PRODUCT_NOTE_RTF (All Users, String)

Are Option and Supplier Notes available in RTF (Y/N)

ICOM_QUOTE_LABELn (5 Fields) (All Users, String)

If the webConnect quoting function is enabled, these settings can be used to label the 5 Quote documentation fields.

ICOM_QUOTE_MSGn (5 Fields) (All Users, String)

These 5 settings can be used to determine the message codes which are triggered by the selection of the ICOM_QUOTE_LABELs.

ICOM_QUOTE_STATUS (All Users, String)

When a quotation status is entered as the value in this setting, quoting is enabled in iCom and quotes will be given this status.

ICOM_RELEASE_BUFFER (All Users, Number)

The value in this setting will be added to the Product Allocation Release days value to provide an additional time buffer.

ICOM_REM_NOTES_CATEGORY (All Users, String)

In conjunction with ICOM_SAVE_REM_IN_NOTES, is the note category used for any notes created to hold service line remarks.

ICOM_SAVE_REM_IN_NOTES (All Users, String)

Determines how remarks notes are to be handled—either as separate records as notes; the 60 character service line remarks field; or the 60 character remarks field plus overflow into a text file.

ICOM_SEND_MESSAGE (All Users, String)

Flag to send Supplier messages. (Y)es (when asked), (N)ever, (A)lways

ICOM_SEND_METHOD (All Users, String)

Send supplier messages via (E)mail or (F)ax

ICOM_SI_DB_NOTE_CAT (All Users, String)

Enables logging of Supplier updated allocations and rates.

ICOM_SI_DEFAULT_RATE_STATUS (All Users, String)

The default rate status for supplierConnect.

ICOM_SI_MAIL_TO (All Users, String)

Email address that email messages are sent to that are generated by iCom to report supplier interface related events—such as supplier added rates or inventory.

ICOM_SI_PRICE_CODE (All Users, String)

If the iCom supplier interface is used, this must be set to a valid price code. All rates created by suppliers have this price code.

ICOM_SI_SPLIT_CODE (All Users, String)

If the iCom supplier interface is used, this setting must be set to a valid split code. All allocations created by suppliers are created under this split code.

ICOM_SLEEP_PERIOD (All Users, Number)

Number of milliseconds between successive checks in ICOM_IMPORT_DIRECTORY for requests to process.

ICOM_SUBLOGINS_FULL_RIGHTS (All Users, String)

This flag determines if any webConnect agent sub-logins have the same rights as the main login? (Y/N).

ICOM_SUPPLIER_CONTACT (All Users, String)

Supplier Message Contact Type to be used when returning additional supplier information for a More Info page in webConnect

ICOM_USERNAME (All Users, String)

The Tourplan user name the iCom Booking engine uses to log in to Tourplan.

ICOM_USE_LOCS_AS_DESTS (All Users, String)

If this setting is set to Y then all Tourplan locations are automatically also iCom destinations
