The Class search can only be performed based on Location and/or service type. The Class search is disabled if a supplier search is made.
Service Classes can be created which can be linked to Service Codes (See Service/Class) and then assigned to services in the Product Database. Within Bookings and Quotes, services can be searched for based on the class.

To modify an existing Class Description, highlight the row and double click.
To delete an existing Class record, highlight the row and click the Delete button in the button bar.

The Code field cannot be changed. Classes cannot be deleted if they have been linked to Service Codes, or used in a service in the Product Database. |
To create a new Class Code, click the Insert button in the button bar.

Cancel
